Our progressive Commission splits vary based upon very attainable production goals. In addition, there is also a yearly cap on the total amount of commission split to the office. After an agent reaches the office cap, the agent keeps 100% of their commissions.
Our phone system provides for unlimited domestic long distance and individual voice mail at NO cost to you! So, you will never pay a phone allowance.
We have an extensive marketing plan for all agents, with the majority of the expenses paid by the office, including company generated “Just Listed” and “Just Sold” Postcards sent out immediately on each transaction..

Our flexible arrangements allow for experienced agents to work at home or have their own full-time dedicated space in our newly remodeled office! Remember, there's NO DESK FEES.
